You will lead on recruitment and HR for our Mallorca based team. Working closely with our Head of Mallorca you will ensure all HR operations are in order and efficient. You will be well organized, task oriented and good with numbers.
- Oversee the recruitment, interview, selection and hiring processes for our Mallorca office.
- Assist with planning employee benefit, payroll, health and safety programs.
- Adhere to all internal policies and legal standards.
- Assist with overview of general performance of Mallorca team and set out new performance review procedures.
- 2 + years experience in telemarketing
- Swedish native speaker.
- Previous experience working in HR for 2-3 years.
- Excellent knowledge of all aspects of HR management
- Experience with HR tools and recruiting software
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Team player
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
